Expansion and renovation of elementary school building
Spaces that inspire learning
We will renovate existing spaces and create new ones. The proposal contemplates the creation of a sustainable building with flexible indoor and outdoor classrooms, plus playgrounds, maker spaces, dining room, events room and vertical gardens.
A project that will benefit all three levels of the school: Kindergarten, Primary and Secondary.
This project comprises three stages
Renovation of the current elementary school building. This work was carried out during the summer break, and the building will be ready for use starting in February 2026.
Renovation of the first floor and expansion of the ground floor, which will connect the existing building to the new one, creating more and better common areas.
Construction of the new building, which will structurally expand the school's capacity. Upon completion of this project, the elementary school will have 60% more floor space.
